"Booking was okay"
Booking was fine in the end, but... the pages loaded a bit slow, and it took me a minute to find my tickets. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not quite as easy as I expected...
"Smooth Checkout, Just Wanted Clearer Instructions"
I used showpass.com right when tickets went live and expected the site to crash, but it held up well. The pages were a little slow for the first minute or so, which I kind of expected, but checkout still went through and my confirmation showed up right away. I was definitely relieved there were no weird errors or getting kicked out. My only thing is I wish the instructions around the process were a bit clearer, especially when everything is moving fast.

"Worked fine, but the slow loading was annoying"
I used showpass for a concert, and to be fair, the QR code scanned without any problems. I was actually worried because my phone screen is cracked, but it still went through right away. What annoyed me was the page taking forever to load before we even got in line. That’s on showpass, honestly, nobody wants to be standing around stressing because the ticket won’t pull up. Once it finally loaded, everything worked fine, but that delay is the reason I’m not giving 5 stars.

"Checkout issues made me miss out"
I tried buying tickets on Showpass, but the payment screen just kept spinning and then eventually failed. I used two different cards, and both worked fine on other sites, so I have no idea what the problem was.
By the time it seemed like it might finally go through, the tickets I wanted were already gone. Disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’d trust it again for anything last minute

"Got the tickets, but the seating map was a tiny saga"
I used Showpass to pick my seats and, in the end, everything worked out — tickets secured, crisis averted. But wow, the seating chart on my phone made the whole thing feel way more dramatic than it needed to be. It was a bit slow, zooming was awkward, and I kept squinting like I was trying to decode a treasure map just to figure out which seats were actually decent. I got there eventually, but I definitely wish the process had been smoother and easier to see

"Tickets didn’t show up, but support sorted it out"
My tickets weren’t showing up right after I bought them, which was annoying. I kept checking and checking, and still nothing was there, so I was getting frustrated and a little stressed about it. I emailed Showpass support expecting the usual long wait, but they actually got back to me quickly. The tickets not showing up was a pain, definitely a pain, but they fixed it without making the whole thing complicated. It was nice dealing with support that actually answers and helps instead of just leaving you hanging.

"Worked fine, just a bit pricey"
It did what I needed it to do, so no real complaints there. I was just kind of surprised by the fees once everything was added up... I guess I expected it to be a little cheaper, or maybe I didn’t read the details closely enough. Either way, it worked, but the cost stuck with me a bit.

They did help me out in the end, and I really appreciated that. It just took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating at the time. Still, I’m glad they came through for me, that meant a lot

"Membership was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
Trying to manage my membership was a headache. My passes weren’t showing up correctly, the cancellation process was confusing, and when I reached out to support, I mostly got generic replies that didn’t really address the issue. It also kind of felt like they were putting the blame on me instead of actually helping. The whole thing just felt unnecessarily difficult and like it was designed to waste my time.

"Clear refund info"
I liked that the refund details were easy to find and not hidden in a bunch of confusing text. It clearly explained what could be refunded, what couldn’t, and how long it would take. That made me feel a lot less stressed before buying tickets. Straightforward, and I appreciate that.

i did get my tickets without any major issues, so that part was fine. The only thing was the email updates came kind of late and weren’t always super clear, which made the process a little more stressful than it needed to be.

I used a promo code on Showpass and it actually worked fine once I found where to enter it. The discount showed up before I paid, so no issues there. It did take me a minute to figure out where the code was supposed to go, which feels like something whoever runs this should make a little more obvious. But after that, it was easy overall

I just went recently and it was smooth. I showed my tickets on my phone and got in fast. The line was moving okay too—there was just a short wait right at the door, but nothing that felt like a big deal.

I used Showpass for a concert and my tickets just opens right on my phone, no hassle at all. I didn’t have to print anything or go digging around for them. The scan worked quick at the door too. It was simple, which I likes.
